Chris, the Steering Comittee, and Eventually the Parish Council, we will provide information here from time to time about the direction we will move towards building. Could the lower back portion of the property which is located near the pavilion area be used for and shared with the community? I asked this question because the community has a great need for additional space for the youth to practice recreational & school sports - namely soccer.
Your comment has been given to the building committee. We plan on developing the lower part of the property. We will need to check with our insurance company and the parish at large to evaluate the needs and appropriate uses of that space.
We thanks parishioners who are donating their time and experience to the building of the picnic pavillion, we hope to have it finished and ready for use by our September picnic. Check back for more details.
